3) Care to use(Attention):
- Please give 1~3hours per day rest for the heater to keep long lifespan
- Please control the temperature level as highest as possible to let the heater work. Because if the temperature around the heater close to the temperature you control the heater to be, the heater will not work out automatically
- Only work underwater drowning inside the water completely, so that keep the pump machine does not get burnt because of the heat
- Please turn off the heater for 15-20 minutes to cool off the heating rod, before you want to pump out of water from the tank
- Please do not plug this heater into gravel or sand stones, just keep it under water, it will work perfectly

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
